Orders & Payments
A. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed directly through our website. You are responsible for ensuring that all details, including links for NFC programming, shipping addresses, and product selections, are correct before completing your purchase.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified.
B. Payment
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
All payments must be made in full before processing begins.

Customers must provide high-quality artwork for engraving and printing. Designs must meet our specifications, such as bold fonts, flattened logos, and a four-color limit for 3D prints.
We are not responsible for design errors if the provided file does not meet the specifications.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer islandwide shipping in Jamaica. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping times are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
A. No Returns on Custom Products
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom NFC keychains, engraved NFC cards, or any personalized items.
Please ensure that you provide accurate information before finalizing your order.
B. Exchanges & Order Issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
If the issue is verified, we will either replace the product or provide store credit.
We do not offer refunds for user errors (e.g., incorrect NFC link submission, choosing the wrong product, or changing your mind after purchase).
NFC Functionality & Compatibility
Our NFC products are tested for quality and performance before shipment.
The links programmed into NFC keychains and cards cannot be changed after purchase. Ensure you submit the correct URL when ordering.
NFC compatibility depends on the recipient’s smartphone. Most modern iPhones (XR & newer) and Android devices support NFC scanning. However, some older phone models may not be compatible.
We are not responsible for NFC incompatibility issues with certain phone models or operating systems.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality products and services, but we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
Our NFC products are designed for business and personal networking. We are not liable for misuse, data security breaches, or third-party issues arising from linked content.
